The Possible Truth About Swine Flu

The swine flu is a serious threat and we should all prepare for it. The best possible preparations may not be what you think.

So get healthy and you'll survive the flu if it comes your way. Your healthy body may even take care of it without you realizing you had it.

  • Maximize your vitamin D levels. Get a little sunshine.
  • Avoid sugar, wheat, corn, dairy and other allergens
  • Rest
  • Learn a technique like EFT to deal with stress
  • Exercise regularly
  • Take an Omega-3 supplement like Krill oil
  • Wash your hands often
  • Eat garlic
  • Stay away from vaccines and hospitals
Remember that germs don't cause disease; they just enjoy life and reproduce when they find an unhealthy body to live in. So keep your body healthy and when the H1N1 bug, or any other for that matter, drops in to visit you, they'll be quickly taken care of by your robust immune system.
